UK Climate Music Charity joined by IDLES, Yard Act, Enter Shikari, Maisie Peters, jasmine 4.t, Beak, Orla Gartland, The Pogues, and more for new campaign

Music Declares Emergency have announced ‘HOPE OVER FEAR’, a new campaign that will see the music and climate charity build on their work with their NO MUSIC ON A DEAD PLANET Movement to establish regional climate hubs across the UK.
Artists including IDLES, Declan McKenna, Bimini, Enter Shikari, Yard Act, Sleaford Mods, Beth Orton, The Pogues, John Grant, Goat Girl, Floating Points, Jasmine 4.t, Editors and The Anchoress will join with the charity to promote the launch by wearing one of three campaign t-shirts and sharing messages of hope with their fans throughout November.

Each hub will bring fans, artists, and organisers together to create, collaborate, and take action — from gigs and workshops to local organising.

The project sees the charity partner with Music Venue Trust, with hubs working alongside MVT’s network of grassroots venues, creating spaces to gather and take part in local, community regeneration.

The campaign is spearheaded by three new designs from Anthony Burrill, the designer of the now iconic NO MUSIC ON A DEAD PLANET artwork that has been seen by over 500m music fans worldwide. Profits from the sale of these t-shirts will directly fund the creation and maintenance of the groups across the UK & Ireland.

Each tee is printed on organic cotton and made to order by charity merch provider Teemill.
