American Express presents BST Hyde Park has unveiled its latest blockbuster headliner for 2026: the incomparable British music icons Duran Duran. The synth-pop pioneers are set to return to the Great Oak Stage on Sunday, 5 July 2026, marking their second headline appearance at the historic London site in just five years.

Joining the "Wild Boys" for this summer highlight are very special guests Scissor Sisters. The legendary New York pop powerhouse recently made a triumphant return to the stage in 2025 following a decade-long hiatus. Having long cited Duran Duran as a primary influence, the reunion of Jake Shears, Babydaddy, and Del Marquis promises a high-energy afternoon of "unapologetic queer joy" and filthy/gorgeous glam-rock hits like “I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’” and “Take Your Mama.”

Duran Duran—comprising Simon Le Bon, Nick Rhodes, John Taylor, and Roger Taylor—remain a global touring juggernaut. With over 100 million records sold and a recent Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction, the band continues to build on the success of their celebrated sixteenth studio album, Danse Macabre. Their 2026 schedule is already shaping up to be a landmark year, featuring a prestigious Las Vegas residency at the Fontainebleau and highly anticipated vinyl reissues of The Wedding Album and Thank You.

"Duran Duran have long defined the very best of British music," says Jim King, CEO of AEG Presents UK. "Their return, joined by the incredible Scissor Sisters, promises a night of iconic, era-defining hits."

The Birmingham-formed legends join an elite 2026 lineup that already includes Garth Brooks, Maroon 5, Mumford & Sons, Pitbull, and Lewis Capaldi.
